A round yoga bolster with a lotus or mandala patterned cover.
The round shape of the bolster makes it useful for a variety of yoga and Pilates exercises. With the bolster, you enhance chest openings and back stretches. It can also be used to support and relax into long positions such as those found in Yin Yoga or Restorative Yoga. The bolster is 65 cm long and 22 cm in diameter. The removable and washable cover is easy to keep clean. The material of the cover is 100% cotton, spelt hulls filling. The inner cushion can be opened, which means you can increase or decrease the amount of filling if you wish. Changing the amount of filling affects the softness and height of the pillow. You can store the removed filling in a cool, dry place for later use.
