Yantra is a geometric pattern used during meditation as a means of concentration to liberate the mind.
The printed Yantra pattern helps you to find the centre of the mat and the lines to align your asanas properly. You will get more out of your yoga practice and you will find yourself developing faster. The vibrant colours are perfect for bringing light to all seasons. The 4.5 mm thick mat provides just the right cushion and ground support for most yoga styles.
PVC mat is very durable and easy to clean. A good grip both against the floor and under your hands and feet. Note, however, that PVC does not absorb moisture so heavy sweating can impair the grip of the mat. We recommend using a yoga towel to absorb excess moisture for thermal yoga or dynamic exercises.
